Aware of the serious concerns around Covid-19, at Grup Victoria we want to emphasize our commitment to the health and safety of all our custumers and staff.

We are following all the instructions of the health authorities to guarantee the health of everyone. Our top priority keeps being the health and safety of our customers and all members of our team.

In this sense, we are taking the maximum precautions in all our spaces, applying the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO) and health experts.

All our team members have received specific training and we have increased hygiene and cleanliness measures, with the aim of providing safe and clean environments for you.

Flexibility for your trip

We have always had had flexible conditions one week from the date of entry, but due to the uncertainty of the current situation, we are offering even more flexibility, up to 24 hours.

Please contact us if you have a reservation made before March 14, 2020, so we can make modifications if necessary.

Security measures taken

  • We always work with mask.
  • The use of a mask is mandatory in all common areas.
  • We have hand sanitizing gel and disinfectant spray.
  • We have created shifts in the restaurant Buffet Victoria to avoid crowds and to be able to do the appropriate disinfection.
  • We keep safety distance of 1,5 m between tables at the restaurant Buffet Victoria
  • We offer individualized portions and showcooking on site at the restaurant Buffet Victoria
  • We have reduced the opening hours of the thermal baths to be able to clean and disinfect both the thermal pools and the locker rooms.
  • We have our own laundry and we can certify the treatment of clothes at more than 60º and with approved disinfectant products.
  • In our gardens and outdoor pool area, apart from the usual cleaning routine, twice a day, a general disinfection process is carried out and the we leave the distance required by the regulations between hammocks to relax with complete safety.
  • We have reinforced the daily cleaning protocol for your room. Cleaned and disinfected for each new host and with a specific textile protocol.
  • We have increased the periodicity of cleaning and use approved products to disinfect surfaces.
  • We give you the option to check-in online before your arrival.
  • We make all customers sign a commitment of responsibility and take their temperature.
